SUMMARY:Pack Speedskating Session
DESCRIPTION:PNIC Session Guidelines \nPack Sessions are available to all skaters who have at least completed Learn to Speedskate 1 and are skating on long track or short track speedskates. Hockey/Figure skates are not permitted. \nClub Sessions are restricted to skaters at the Club\, Masters\, or beginner level. Male skaters with 500M times under 46.00 or Female skaters with 500M times under 49.00 are not permitted to skate on Club Sessions. \nHigh speed laps under 35 seconds are not permitted on club sessions \nThe inner most warm up lane is the designated resting lane and skaters in the warmup lane should not rest more than 2 wide. \nAll skaters must check in or pay at the front desk prior to participating on an open speedskating session. \nBlue benches should remain a minimum of 3 meters from the ice surface. Please do not pull the benches closer to the ice. \nNo stretching or standing on the Run/Walk track during open track hours is permitted \nStarts are not permitted on the 500M or 1500M start areas during open pack sessions \nNo skaters are permitted on the ice while the Zamboni is on the ice.
